1960s early vintage marx battery operated robot

Description

this  robot  is  great  looking - does not turn on  the  battery caseing is not  rusted  i do  not   want to play  with it   missing a  disk on the right side of head and  square clear head piece has  some issue
- i think  the eyes light up and  maybe  smoke  out  of  mouth  ????
