    Preparation Instructions
    Empty the contents of pack into a bowl, add about 525ml of water, mix well & leave for 15 minutes. Add another 350mml of water, mix well & leave for another 15 minutes. Heat a table spoon of oil, add a table spoon of chopped big onion, few curry leaves, few dried chili pieces & fry till onions golden. Finally add a tea spoon of mustard seeds & stop frying. Add the above fried mixture to the dough, mix well & prepare thosai.
