Lot of three items from a contractor's close out.  These are sold as-is, for parts.  In good cosmetic condition and may work just fine.  He seems to have been pretty good about not keeping trash/non-working stuff but there are certainly no guarantees.  No beauty rings on the mixer and boiler controls, as you can see.
